Ashley Mann

Ashley’s birth support journey began during her first pregnancy, attending birth circles and devouring any resource she could find to prepare her mind, body and spirit for the transformation into motherhood. At her birth, she had the priceless gift of a doula. It was this incredible continuous emotional, physical and educational support that the doula brought for her and her husband that led Ashley into birth work.  In 2015 she became a professional birth doula near Kansas City and in 2023 became certified in both birth and postpartum doula care. She is currently a student of Breastfeeding Education through Birth Arts International. Ashley believes that you deserve to be supported and cared for no matter what your birth vision is. Ashley specializes in first time parents who are walking through this uniquely intimidate and sensitive time of life. Clients often say she brings a calming presence and confidence that makes parents feel strong and capable!
