Baby acne, peeling skin, cradle cap, oh my! Our newborn class will guide you through the essential ways to care for your baby, comfort them and become an actual "baby whisperer."

We understand that parenthood is complicated. It does not always come easily. This class provides loads of easy-to-understand tips, tricks and evidence-based information to help you and your baby thrive!

  • Sleep (both day and night)

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping and storage

  • Comforting and soothing your baby

  • Bathing your baby

Infant Feeding Class (group class $125, private class $190, contact for dates)

Over and over again, pregnant soon-to-be parents express their concerns about feeding. If we've heard it once, we've heard it a thousand times. "I want to breastfeed but I'm worried that I won't be able to." â€‹

This class empowers expectant parents to approach infant feeding with confidence and clarity. Our infant feeding class will cover:

  • Challenges with breastfeeding

  • Paced feeding

  • Expression and storage of breastmilk
