Get to Know Your Doula {& Childbirth Educator} Samantha Kraszeski!
We love to share about the amazing doulas that bring so much to Wilmington Coastal Doulas and the families in our community. It's always so much fun for us to get to know a little more about these pretty cool people we get to spend time with.
Samantha is one of our Labor Doulas as well as a Childbirth Educator. She is absolutely loved by the families she supports and we can clearly see why! Sam is a dependable, compassionate and knowledgeable soul that we are so thankful to know and work with!

1. What's your favorite piece of clothing you own? Summer - one piece swimsuit (I love to find the cutest ones!), Winter - big, cozy sweater!
2. What job would you be terrible at? Professional athlete - I can barely catch!
3. If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Reading quickly.
4. What are some small things that make your day better? Waking up without an alarm, coffee, seeing people I love.
5. What shows are you into? Current favorite - This Is Us. What a tearjerker!
6. What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend? Sleep in, cook breakfast, enjoy some sunshine.
7. What is your favorite genre of movie or book? Drama - again, I love a tearjerker! I also love a good, silly comedy.
8. What quirks do you have? I have to put things away, even when my husband is still using them.. I want everything in its place!
9. What is something you will NEVER do again? Hmm..I honestly can't think of anything!
10. What do you wish your brain was better at doing? Not stressing about things that are out of my control.
11. What is one of your favorite smells? Diffuser blend of lavender and orange essential oils!
12. What do you regret not doing when you were younger? Nothing!
13. What bends your mind every time you think about it? Childbirth! It's one reason why I love being a doula and teaching childbirth education, I'm a teacher at heart and the details of what our bodies can do have me in awe every time!
14. What's the best thing you got from your parents? My sweet siblings, EJ and Alyx.<3
15. What's one responsibility you really wish you didn't have? Folding laundry.
